Hello i am ravinder residing in khanna district ludhiana from last 30 years and we are always so behind the technology like no sewage, water supply, public parks and whatever left in kind of facilities than other cities. So finally i come to my point its 2.05 am and there is no electricity from 10pm When the electricity come, think about the people who are harassed by your department, we are paying not taking it free.
