Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Electricity theft problem

People in my area are involved in electricity theft for long, although our meters are at poles. In all this they are helped by electricity employee incharged of my village. On just a little bribe of certain things he readily switches meters off of powerful village people.
