Im from samana.. There is a person called bobby chanjotra in our colony who is thefting electricity from a long time. Because of scedule cast they have have all electricity free... They get only 100-200 rs electricity bill... But still they use air conditioner, heters.. They illegally theft electricity.. I'm a responsible person of our country.. So its my duty to inform you so that you can take action against that as early as possible.. Thank u sir
