This is to inform you that three months ago my electricity meter box was damaged and after making complaint to punjab state power corporation ltd (Pspcl), the new meter was installed by them.
Now we are facing excess bill amount of electricity for the current month after the installation of new meter by pspcl. My bill seems to be incorrect or very high as compared to my previous bills. The amount has been raised from 24, 440 to 46, 170 comparison with my last bill. Even the usage is very less as compared to my last month bill and also no new appliances have been added in the house still i got the bill with the shocking amount as i was expecting the bill with small amount for the current month due to less consumption.
Therefore, requesting you to look into the matter at the earliest. Kindly tell your staff to check the meter again and rectify the bill.
