I am getting excess bill due to default meter for the past 3 months. I have visited the office multiple times and was advise that someone will visit our flat soon as the requested has been noted for changing the meter.
The bill appears to be from last year reading as we moved in the apartment in the month of august 2018. First two months the bill was in negative and then we paid from rs. 459/ – to rs. 836/-. I visited today (28th feb) again to check & discuss about the high bill, but i was sent from one person to another to talk. I was holding my baby and was move from one room to another yet no help. I requested to submit an application but they denied. I spoke to jintendar, balwinder and the accountant. They were not helpful at all. I was advise to wait for another 5-10 days in order to get the meter changed. I asked them to see the application along with the attached bill which i paid but still it was added again. Also, i was asked to pay the full bill of 22500 without my fault.
I request you to please look into this matter seriously and send your person to check and change the meter as we can’t afford to pay such high bill being a tenant.
I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.
