Dear sir as we have paid a bill of rs 7970 on 5/12/2016 for our account no [protected] for two months but we are very sorry to say that the meter reading in the online bill does not match with actual reading. Your staff does not visit to our site and charge us the bill without reading the actual reading and we have to pay excess bill as it was last day of payment through online channel. It is also shameful that your staff dont coprate with us when we reach the office for correction. Please make the suitable adjustment and compensate us the excess amount either in next bill or pay back the excess amount charged.
