Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — excess billing consumer j75bt380231l a/c no. [protected] for july 2018

My electric bill for july 2018 has been billed for 2380 units previous reading 6365 current 8745 on 17th july but meter shows 6875 till date thus charged excess of rs 16000 appx bill is for 20269 an d due on 01st aug. Despite our rep visits on 25th & 27th jul we are yet to receive correct bill. I am out of country n shall be back in nov 2018.
Please help me to get the correct bill and avoid heavy penelity
