Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — failure of payment transaction of account no.[protected]

Dear sir
I have paid the electricity bill through the bill desk on 2 january 2018 at 6:30 pm on my pspcl account no. [protected] but the transaction failed. And the amount of rs 15956 got deducted from my account but bill due to be paid.
Kindly refund my money to my account.
