Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — generation of excess bill without consumption of electricity

Dear sir/mam,
My self swaran singh, address - doburji, next to ajay palace, sultanwind link road, amritsar-143001 (A/c no.[protected]) i would like to inform you that i took this connection on[protected] & i am paying all electricity bills on time from day one & if you want i will share all receipts with you. Now i want to inform you that my premises is vacant from last may, 17 & there is no electricity consumption. I am retired person & will not afford this bill of rs.51900 & when i visited at local electricity board for correction the said this bill is generated as per average consumption & they generated new bill of rs.37696. This is also very huge amount for me. I requested you please advice to concern to send us new bill from 11/9/2017 to 12/11/2017 as per meter reading.
