Hi Team,
I was trying to pay my Bill No. [protected] using HDFCPay, however, it showed as payment failed from a Citibank Credit Card. Also, I didn’t get a bill paid receipt until after 3 days.
Hence, I paid again using an HDFC Credit Card and got a receipt (Receipt No.[protected] and confirmation that the Bill has been paid. Three days later, I received a receipt ( Receipt No.[protected] for the failed payment too and the amount has been deducted from my Citibank Card.
I would like to get a refund the failed payment which showed as failed under Receipt Number[protected]. If you recommend, I can dispute that transaction with my Credit Card Company. Please let me know what would be the best option to get a refund for the double amount. I can't afford to 💰 the bill twice as I have a stringent monthly budget. Was this information helpful? |
