I want to make query on that i made payment of 670 for pscl punjab from billdesk i have paid 670 from internet banking axis bank when i pay the money it show error and give a message of failure transaction. But when i checked the status of transcation from bank it ahow me you pay the money to bill desk for pspcl bill. Bank give me a code to sent to you luti[protected] please check for transcqtion and give me bill receipt thankyou Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jan 06, 2018 s p singh saini's response I checked the status of my complaint which shows it has been resolved but it is false status while I have not received refund in my account

I paid online electric bill for A/C No.[protected] belong to shri Ashok Kumar of Rs-6513 on dated[protected].The amount was debited from my account but at the same time server shows NA and the system become failed and I cannot get its receipt.

Please refund the amount as soon as possible
