Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Incorrect bill and fast meter

Address: FLAT NO 898, GILLCO PALMS,SECTOR-115,KHARAR, SAS NAGAR 140301

During covid time i paid advance bill as no one came to home from pspcl for meter reading.I have paid rs. 8700-00 for 03 units on 06/08/2020. Now i have been served the bill of rs 28290-00 for 3073 units from 14/10/2021 to 01/02/2022(111 days) showing previous reading zero. Whereas old meter changed to smart meter on 06/07/2021 and meter reading should taken from 06/07/21. From 06/07/2021 to 01/02/2022 i have paid three bills for rs 4365, 8780, 2480 and 10000 advance on 10/02/2021.No calculation of days & units and inflated/ assumption based bill is being served to me since electricity connection 23.03.2019. This is gross violation of consumer act and pspcl is doing misconduct by doing this. Also
my meter is running on very fast pace since installation of smart/digital meter i.E. 06/07/21 . Earlier my consumption was appx. 250 units monthly in summer but now it came to appx 500 in winter.
