PSPCL adding amount in the Adjustment column in the Bills. When asked to them they were not able to answer. Just replied that according to the circular that they had from the department System is adding adjustment basis on some creteria. Even officials are not able to give concrete answer why bills are increasing by adding adjustment amount. It is a burden over consumer.
For me it happens two times. Rs.1105 has been added two times in previous two bills. When I logged a request on PSPCL portal, they just closed the request by marking a comment to meet "XXX" person.
As per me the request should not be closed unless/untill it is resolved. This is not the resolution. I again log the request given the previous request reference and again it is closed by the official.
So, in this case what is the purpose of online request if I have to go to the department and meet "XXX" person for the resolution. And officials are not aware of the request resolution process.
