Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Issue in Meter Reading and Bill Amount for A/C No [protected]

Address: Zirakpur Division (Regd. Office P.S.E.B. Head Office, The Mall Patiala-147001,Ph. 1912)

I want to highlight issue in the meter readings for my A/C No.: [protected] (Zirakpur Division). Please refer attached photos of the bills.

Bill Number :[protected] was Issued on 31-AUG-2021 for Amount : Rs 3620
Old Reading Date: 02-Jun-2021
Old Meter Reading: 2551
New Reading Date: 31-AUG-2021
New Meter Reading: 2998

I have received a new Bill Number : [protected] Issued on 22-NOV-2021 for Amount Rs 210.
Old Reading Date: 02-Jun-2021
Old Meter Reading: 2551
New Reading Date: 22-NOV-2021
New Meter Reading: 2875

Issue Details: Old Reading Date and Old Meter Reading in both the bills are the same. But in the new Bill Number : [protected] Issued on 22-NOV-2021, New Meter Reading (2875) is less than the New Meter Reading (2998) that was mentioned in Bill Number :[protected] Issued on 31-AUG-2021 and still has bill amount Rs 210.

I had raised this complaint to [protected]@pspcl.in and have sent a reminder as well.
