Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Light cuts and no light since yesterday

I am putting up at shivam apartment, golden enclave, lohgarh road, zirakpur, punjab. There is cut of electricity since last two days. Neither 1912 helpline is working. Even all consumable items lying in fridge are spoiled.
Please help.
Department is making long cut of more than 8 hours in this area and nobody pick complaint no. Also.
