Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — long and frequent electricity cuts

Hello sir/madam,
I live in sector-125, sunny enclave, kharar, sas nagar, mohali.
This is to complaint regarding frequent and long electricity cuts in our area, as an example, today dated 3rd may 2018, there’s no electricity since 2pm in the afternoon, and right now its 9pm.

Kindly take strict action.
Electricity in today’s world is the most common amenity that a citizen expect to receive.
