Our meter is burned on street & we are paying bill on average basis which is much higher than it should be.

Complaint :
1. Meter burned - most of the meter in the box are burned and as the box is open it is a danger to a life also (See pics attached)
2. We are getting bill on average basis which is much higher than it should be

Problem
1. There is no proper way to file a complaint. We are calling at [protected], no one picks the phone.
2. We go to office, no complaint gets files, and we are told that they are waiting for meter

Action item
1. I want to know a way to file a complaint and get an estimated time to resolve the matter.
2. Our meter should be replaced with brand new asap.
