Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — meter has stopped

Address: House 108, ward 3, Basti Gobindgarh, Moga, Punjab, 142001

From last few days meter was slow and now it has stopped working completely. Which means it does not give any reading now. We have tried calling and submitted complaint quite a few times before too but no one came to resolve the complaint yet. We are tired chasing pspcl.
I here by like to mention that we shall not be responsible for any panalities in case meter is not fixed by pspcl soon. It's not a consumer's responsibility to fix meter but pspcl.
So, please get the meter fixed asap.
