Dear sir/ madam,

I am parminder kaur, d/o of the late s. Amrik singh s/o late harbax singh village kotli bawa dass, district hoshiarpur. I am writing to you concerning the electrical bill sent to my late father for meter number 577 account number h12ad460577x, sub division name and code bhogpur 11-h12. We have had the above stated meter on this property for last 20 years but this meter has never been in use for electricity supply. The purpose of the meter was to establish joint property ownership with our uncles and the property has never been occupied for the last 20 years. The last bill you have sent us shows usage and money owing for this meter. Please can you check the past twenty years of bills as the as the property has never been in use nor is the property habitable. So we are very confused as to the money owing and would appreciate this matter being cleared up. Please investigate. Thanking you in advance.
