Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — meter of home change in year-2015 but till now my bill is coming on average basis

Respected sir/ madam,
On date[protected] meter on name of sunil khanna was issued by pspcl department & was installed on my home place on date[protected], my old meter number was-900128 & installed on date[protected]new meter. No[protected] my meter (A/c. No - aa-22-gc-150) a/c. No-[protected]- & i am having very very bad experience of pspcl department workers when i go to them to solve my issue, every person wants bribe to do my work & till after that no work is done till now.
