House meter got burnt on may 2018. I went to pspcl kharar branch for complaint on next day 17.05.2018. As per the instructions received, i lodged the complaint. They provided me the receipt with the assurance that person will visit to direct the wires for the time being and then proper installation will be done. Meter is direct since then, no one visited to repair the meter. I have called many times in the branch with complaint number. Recently i got the bill with the figure of 3610/- even when no one is living here regularly. On what basis you are charging the electricity bill without readings. Can you please expedite the issue and assign one responsible person to get this query resolved. I paid rs 520/- for the same, below is the receipt details
