Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — misbehave by sdo and loss of service and harassment

This is rajinder from Banga. I have not received any bill from pspcl Banga from last 6 months. On Thursday employee comes with an order for disconnection when I told them they make a call to local SDO. He misbehave and threatened and blaming me. Yesterday same employee comes with a new fresh bill and today they disconnect my connection. Do justice with me
