Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Money deducted but Bill not paid

I have made a payment through PSPCL website today for Account No - [protected] against Bill Number[protected] on 30th July 2020 around 11 am. Amount was deducted from account but receipt was not generated and bill stays pending for payment. Attaching the screenshot of deduction.
