Fault from meter nd light has gone

HI,
The Power meter was faulty and We asked PSPCL to replace it. We already have paid the money. They have not put the new meter and charged us 5040 as the new bill. Since this is a winter time, we are not using AC but still we have got this extra bill. Please check.
