Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — negligence regarding line fault

Sir since last one month i am making complaints regularly at 1912 andthey are making fool of mine by first booking my complaint and then regularly sending messages of problem resolved. Today i lodged my complaint wide no.10196105 on 13:41 and as like always recd lineman phone no. As [protected] and reported him about my complaint afterwards received message later on 15:10 as matter resolved without any action taken or entertaining my complaint. I am running my shop on gen set since one week.
