Its been 2 hours and our problem is not heard. I am from Tapa mandi barnala district. I had talked to 1912 they said we dont have any upadation regarding cut in your specific area but they had given a no. And when i treid calling the bell goes but the man cuts the phone i had tried 5 times. He is a govt. employee its his duty.
