Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — no person coming for meter reading

My pspcl account number [protected] in swiss city, gumtala bye pass, amritsar. From last 3 months no one coming from pspcl for meter reading. Bill coming as per average. When i contact with higher authorities he is not listern the concern. Why pspcl person is not coming for meter reading and why every time customer suffer due to govt person not did his duty as per govt policy.Plz do the needful.
