Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — non attending of complaint no 14871704

There is an electricity faliure at my residence b-34/1870 chander nagar civil line ludhiana since yesterday evening and complaint no14871704 was lodged in today morning but till 5.00 o clock it is un attended.
all the help line number or line man numbers so provided are out of coverage .
The nos not being attended are[protected], [protected] and [protected]
Tjis is despite of personal visit ti ppcl (habowal div) .
