Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Non credit of payment made thru net banking

I made a payment (PSPCL - Electricity Bill- A/c no- [protected]) of Rs 660/- on 4th March 2017 at 18:14PM from my current account (Sundaram Enterprises A/c No-[protected]).
The bank account is showing as debit in my above mentioned current account but the amount has not been credited to the referred PSPCL account (A/c-[protected] of Jaswinder Singh).
Kindly check out the details and do the necessary URGENTLY and confirm. We did not get the receipt of the same since the online it;s showing not paid.
