There was electricity failure for the full night in our street and your attendant didn't pick any calls..firstly he attended two calls. But after that he put my phone in block list.. We were harassed for full night because of electricity failure in this hot weather.. We were out of water due to the electricity.. Please register our complaint against the employee with whom irresponsibility we have to suffer whole night

I have applied for new metre connection under application id[protected] havind contract no [protected] paid required fee on 18th april 2018 and today is 4th july 2018 but no connection or metre got installed and no one in the office telling what is going on and when it is going to be installed.
