Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — not having electricity from tomorrow morning 10am and the person in charge is so careless and rude

This is gurkiran kaur from basant avenue ludhiana.. We don't have electricity in our house from 10a. M of 28th may and we called to 1912 they said by 5.30 electricty will come after that we wait and now from 12 in the night we are complaining to our nearby office but the person incharge i. E line man gurmukh is of ludhiana is so rude and careless.. He said give me ladder first only then i can repair.. What is this nonsense?? You dont have equipments with them?? Nd the person on duty is arguing with my father on phone in a rude tone. This is a serious issue nd we are not going to shut our mouth, still its going to be 5am of 29th may nd we dont get electricity. Poor authority and work
