I complaint about the accidentally damaged power cable of my building on July 12, 2018 vide request no. 1125171 at 04:53 PM then i received message of work in progress by [protected] after that i received the message regarding the complaint is been resolved on July 13, 2018 at 01:01 AM but which was not resolved. I again registered complaint on July 13, 2018 vide request no. 11264119 at 11:18 AM then i received message of work in progress by [protected]. I called Mr. Gurmit Singh at about 03:38 PM he replied (He didn't received any complaint). I again register my complain third time within 24 hrs vide request no. 11269271 at 03:36 PM. I again call lineman Mr. Rajesh [protected] at 03:46 PM he replied (I'm working at Aman Nagar & not available). After that i call no of time at customer care no[protected]from 5:29 PM to 6:28 PM) regarding the status of my complaint but I'm still right now sitting with not electricity from past 24 hrs.
I already face the same situation number of time before this every single time i register my complaint with customer care & when the complaint moved to the higher authorities then lineman's suggest us to dont call at customer care straight come to us we are sitting here & where.
If i got this kind of response from the customer care then why is this center is working????????? Most of the lineman's not following the instructions of the customer care... Is this for the sake of money or donation ????????????????? Was this information helpful? |
