Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — payment deducted but receipt not generated

I made payment from my mobikwik wallet transaction id jmbk[protected] amount 1839 rupees for my electricity bill payment on[protected], but yet my bill receipt not generated. I connected to billdesk they told payment successfull. But pspcl not generating my bill receipt.
