Respected sir/madam, i was paying my e-bill online on[protected], due to network error my payment deducted of rs 1700, but my bill is not paid yet, i have talked with bank customer care. He said, that your payment has gone to pspcl but the receipt of my bill is not generated yet. Please solve the issue of rs 1700/-
