Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — payment deducted from account but transaction shown aborted so i paid two times

I paid bill for account no [protected] for 2 times and everytimes it shows payment transaction got aborted and they deducted payment from my bank account. Now i checked bill history for pspcl account and both the transaction got successful and it has deducted 7560 two times from my account taken one as advanced payment which i dont want to pay right now. So kindly revert back one payment back to my account.
