Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — payment deducted from bank but receipt not generated

Dear sir,

On date 08/01/2018, i paid my bill through pspcl website. I paid rs 4390/-through state bank internet banking. But due to some technical issue, bill receipt not generated and also it is not showing in "bill receipts" link at website. but payment was deducted from my bank account.

Or update in website "bill receipts" link.
