Punjab State Power Corporation (PSPCL) — Payment done but receipt not generated

I am from Mandi Gobindgarh I have done online payment for pspcl electricity bill I have done two bills payments online on 15/09/2015 from Bank of India Internet Banking. Payments are debit from my account but receipts are not generated. The details are :- CONTRACT NO.
