Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — payment of my electricity bill

We residents welfare society platinum tower peermuchalla are facing serious problems in depositing our bill. We went with draft of 70000/- plus for deposit but not accepted with advice to pay in bank. Our bank say tell them your bank details like bank name, ifsc code, ac no etc. How to get it. Pl provide the same. We try to be honest payer but no body helping us.
