Hi i am facing problem with voltage fluctuations in night time and have logged the complaint many times and every time i got this answer that we can't do any thing.
Last night at 11pm their was a power cut i logged the complaint at 1912 and the technician came and said he is not having ladder so he can't rectify the problem and same was resolved at 5am and i called sdo at least 5-6 times and he didn't answer the call at all.
When i asked the customer care representative that where can i lag the complaint about the poor services he said we don't have any process for this

Hi,

In our Community we are facing problem of sometimes high, sometimes low voltage supply i.e. supply of voltage/current is not stable.

Please try to sort this out as early as possible.
