Dear pspcl team,
We are very dissappointed from your services.
Transformer named - azad nagar kalgidhar gurudwara having low capacity, unable to cater the load. We are facing fuse problem after every 2 or 3 days.
Today same problem facing and no resolution provided from 14 hrs.
Transformer phase fused from more than 13 hrs, and the time to resolve this issue max. 5-10 mins.
But no one from pspcl team has been aligned for this.
We feel that we are living in village, and have to face unexpected electricity outage for 20-20 hrs.
Multiple times complaints requests has been raised from azad nagar area and lineman contact no. Given [protected] is not reacable (Very funny, person aligned for resolution not reachable from 8 hrs)
Very poor management, same conveyed to sultanwind region sdo [protected], not able to do anything, they has excuse we have 400 complaints we can't help you.
After that again request raised at 1912, and division contacts provided by customer care: [protected], [protected]
Both contacts not responding after doing multiple calls over 4, 5 hrs.
Whenever we raised request to 1912, and provided lineman contacts are not available most of the time, if available then they are very rude in behaviour, they dnt knw hot to deal with customer.
This is the pspcl management.
We proud on this.
If possible kindly tell how to get complaints resolved as early as possible,

I have made online payment of my electricity bill account no [protected] amount is deducted from my account but not updated in bill . I called on [protected] for many times but they are not picking phone very disappointed service. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
