Dear Sir, I was pay electricity bill through my debit card on 27th April 2021 firstly i was pay from MI pay app transaction would not completed after that i pay from Paytm app, the transaction will be completed but i have received message of double transaction deduct from account The bill payment was 1060 rps Kindly pls refund my one transaction in my account 1060 rps
