Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — regarding:- bill amount problem

I have submitted written complaint to SDO, Bhikhiwind regarding bill amount on dated[protected]. The SDO marked complaint to JE Bhikhiwind to shortout the problem and JE marked the complaint to their Complaint staff to watch out the problem. But after many days my complaint is still pending. I go to pspcl Bhikhiwind office many time but still the solution is pending. So you are requested please shortout my problem. Thanking you.
