Dear sir/ madam

I have paid electricity bill payment of consumer no. [protected] in the month of november 2017 of rs 2570 through paytm. This transaction was done on 30 november 2017 but still it was on processing stage and bill was shown unpaid. I have also complaint to paytm regarding this issue but they was said it was from pspcl end.
Kindly do the needful. Payment screenshot was also attached.

PAYU money

I tried payment of Electricity bill of PSPCL Punjab for payment of Rupee 190 using my SBI netbanking. amount deducted from my account but not transferred to PSPCL. transaction was not complete. kindly help at the earliest.
