Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Regarding non redress of complaint

I put complaint few days back on 1912 they give me complaint number but there is no line man come to our place to fix the problem. The problem was voltage fluctuation.
I tried to talk the je of that area but he did not redress the complaint.
