Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — regarding non registration of email id with electricity account

Address: Patiala, Punjab, 147101

My pspcl account no is p62gc6200030 (Old) & [protected] (New), my problem is that whenever i want to register my account with email id the otp are not deliver on my email id. That's why i can not register my email id. So kindly resolve it as early as possible so that the payment of electricity bills are made on time. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com which i want to register.
