I have done advance payment of electricity bill as on 16.08.16 for amount Rs.1620, as receipt no.[protected].
Info:This is advance payment receipt, amount will be compensate in next bill mentioned in receipt.
We have recd. next bill as on 19.10.2016, but previous advance amount not get deducted from current bill(Bill amount:1850), kindly do correct the bill.

My self Manpreet a well wisher of Punjab govt. & a responsible citizen of Punjab state want to inform you that my neighbour Mr. Paramjeet S/o Baru Ram residence St No. 2 Prem Colony, Near Baba Balak Nath Mandir Vpo Meharban Rahon road, Ludhiana-141007 is doing fraud to Pspcl for years by electricity theft.
