Sir, with due respect, it is submitted that, the pspcl has priorly started a service and with the help of that service if anyone has any electricity problem he was able to make a call to the customer care number and a complaint number was issued to the concerned person and after the needful was got done a confirmation call was received to him by the customer care service but know a days whenever someone make a call to the nearest electricity office of the concerned area nobody bothered to pick up the phone of the complainent and god knows what they did with their mobile phone number there always hear a computer massage that the number is busy the massage can hear each and every time the number is [protected], please take some serious action about those delinquent officials.
