Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Regarding the service of PSPCL

I had registered a compalint at 4:30 evening but still its 9:25 on the clock but no action has been taken to reslove the compalint..I'm highly disappointed with the service of your employees, can this kind of service is expected from state board. Are middle class people have to suffer from this only bcoz they dont have any power? Can you please reslove my prblm as soon as possible plss we are spend our whole day without electricity
