Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — regarding two months bills

Dear sir,

I am resident of punjab mohali where pspcl full fill the need of electricity. We get two months combined bills which will affect the bill cost as the consumption charges for 0- 300 units are 3.59 per unit where from 300 to above it is 6.59 so if we get two months bill then it's understood that we reflects in the second catergory. Its totally wrong going on here. Eventhough during this lock down period the compnay send a huge bill how could a common man will pay it. This is going totally wrong. Please help us in resolving this issue.moreover today i get bill of newer reading according to them as on 5apr of 11154 but my meter showing reading as on 20 apr is 11099. They are sending wrong readings bill bow could we manage in this lockdown period where there is no source of income.
