Dear team i am a response citizen of india and doing all my duties with all rules and regulations. I have a meter connection in the name of Gurinder Kaur with account no [protected].
My request is that my meter is not working from[protected] i lodge a complaint on[protected] regarding replacement of meter online with request no 26644017 they close my complain as resolved without any solution. After that next 2 months bill receiver of average reading I approach PSPCL of my area for this but no body will visit to replace meter and now this month again average bill received of Rs 11720 due date is[protected]. Again I approach PSPCL for complaint of meter change and refund o[censored]nnecessarily charges but there a person name Dharminder Singh SDO in Chheharta who will not file any complaint and start misbehaving with me and doing mental harassment at that time.
They said we will not do any thing for you.
They said that we will take average of previous year will charge on bill payment.
But as the current sanerio we will not able to do all the thing smothly due to world padmic. Because this is not justify that situation of last year will remain same in current year also.
So my humble request to do something which is favourable and guide these kind of persons that how to behave with normal public. As it is not fair that due to their Negligence why should normal public suffer which is actually happening here.
